yeah yeah yeah
so yeah, i decided its probably been long enough, so its time to post on this silly thing.
this week has not been fun... like at all, ridiculous sickness and excessive amount of phlegm. sore throats and feverish sweats. i've had an increased amount of frustration with things lately mostly because it seems like no matter what i do i can't get everything i need to get done finished. we're in the middle of doing two kitchens at once yet again, because for some odd reason every time we get two kitchens the person who orders the second one needs it done faster than the one who ordered theirs first... so we have to hurry up and get it done, and by the time we're almost done with it the person who did order thiers first suddenly has a rush schedule, and an insane 12 hour a day two weeks ensues and afterwards we have no work for two months... figures huh?
Church has been good as usual, it takes enough time out of my week for me to relax and be able to just fellowship with the brethren and kind of forget about the things of this life and sharpen my expectation for the world to come. I've had some trouble lately really staying focused on the word. I have learned lately however, to be more patient at work, and i've kinda got a new perspective on things. Considering ephesians 6 where Paul addresses servants, has been really beneficial. When i do actually sit down and apply myself to really read a text and pray about it i've found that i've been getting alot more out of it than i used to. Brother Given has been requesting that i turn some of my communion meditations into articles, and so i've been doing that. I'm probably going to start getting more into writing, i find that i can express myself better that way than i can when i speak. Every time i speak i have to have it in manuscript form anyways, so i think its a good idea.
My birthday was earlier this month, and i found it quite ironic that i'm finally 21 and i don't even drink anymore. So, being 21 has kind've lost its utility really.
