i am absolutely perplexed and vexed at the amount of ignorance to the truth surrounding the majority of christian publishings and teaching.
its no wonder that nobody believes nowadays when the only example of christiany they have is false teachers and dead churches. I really wish these people would see the desperate and defiling nature of their condition. Not only does it not save anybody, it actually leads people further and further away from seeing the real truth.
theres this huge delusion that being a christian is easy, and if you serve god and do everything "right" that you'll be healthy and wealthy, and this life will just be so blissful.
they don't even see the point !!!! this life is SUPPOSED to be hard at times, If life was a peice of cake, for what reason would we need to have faith ? there is no guarantee that everything is going to go the way you want it to, because youre not in control.
BOTTOM LINE the real point of being a christian is to raise the kindgom, to want to serve god with ever fiber of your being, The desire to have every action you take, every word you utter, and every thought you have to be acceptable in gods eyes.
people like to say well, "were all human, we make mistakes", its impossible to serve god all the time. yes, correct it is impossible to serve god all the time if youre walking in the flesh!!
nobody even knows what the holy spirit is about !! if youre with god NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. why do you think he sent his son to DIE for our transgressions? To create a way for us to be able to be acceptable in his sight.
The only way you can truely serve god is to let a peice of him live in you, and let that peice grow in strength. Thats what the holy spirit is, that is the only way you can EVER be acceptable in god's eyes.
God is only a father to you if you want him to be, and you let him be.
