(no subject)
our kitchen is still not sorted. i've been there every day complaining and asking about the dates, but none of the idiots know anything. it's doing my head in. i really want it done ASAP. argh. it's frustrating having all stuff in shelf and dirty cupbroads surrounding the whole thing. oven is finally clean. at least something good.
started the whole diy thing downstairs yesterday. well actually we went shopping for all the saturday, highlight being we really should have thought about the colours at home, shouldn't we ... but we have paint now and it will be pretty. so yesterday i started scrubbing the walls with sugarsoap and ripping stuff down like an old mirror, also managed to rip down a metal shelf holder that was stuck the last time we tried it. we're gonna start painting tonight, loads of fun ahead. so for the next week or so i'll be mainly covered in paint and not having a social life. actually that's not true come to think of that as mush is doing furry thursday this and next week so will be going there.
went out with Tams last night for a few drinksies after scrubbing. i thought i deserved it. hii. went to the castle which was fun. saw prettyladies Em and Steph and Nick who i don't classifies as a pretty lady ... well justified arguments are welcome ... then we continued to the Park which was a major mistake. had some asian wanker crab my arm when we walked in so i shaked him off. then after that him and his clever mates decided to shout abuse at us for the an half an hour. marvellous comments like what's wrong with your face? hey goggle eyes! etc. not good. won't be going to the park again in the near future if that's the clientel they have.
now back to DIY heaven. over&out.
