Kennedy stood on the roof top stunned when she realized what had happened. She had the power now. She could feel it surge through her body. She walked across still trembling a bit. Kennedy was almost at the edge of the building when she heard a noise. A helicopter was landing. Her
hair flew around wildly. She raised her hand trying to pull it away from her face. The sun was raising now and was getting into her eyes. She squinted as she noticed a man walking towards her.
Kennedy: “Are you suppose to fly me to Sunnydale?”
The Man: “Yes, Where is Angel?”
Kennedy: “Something came up. He won’t be able to make it this
time. He wanted me to go
home though so i'm to go alone.” He nodded at her and signaled her to follow him into the helicopter.
After about 2 hours she noticed familiar things, Sunnydale.
Kennedy stood and leaned over the pilot. She asked him if he could drop her off at the spot the library was to be built. There was a small clearing where they could land. The pilot agreed and said that they would be landing in 20 mins. Kennedy grew with excitement. Then she asked her self aloud.
Kennedy: “Where is angel?” she muttered under her breath
Pilot: “Sorry miss but could you speak up, I didn’t catch what you said
Kennedy: “Oh, it-um was nothing.” Kennedy fidgeted with her hands nervous as hell. She couldn’t get it off her mind. Where was angel? How did she get her powers back? What happened to willow, and was she ok? And most importantly, how the hell did she mange to hit Arick, when even Buffy herself could barely get close to him.
Pilot: “miss we will be landing soon”
Kennedy: “Thanks,” She said sweetly with a small smile.
A half hour later Kennedy found her self outside the summer’s
home. She couldn’t think of how she got there. Everything lately seemed to be one big blur. And that’s when she saw him…
Kennedy: “Angel?!?” Her face was full of disbelief as she walked up to the injured
Angel. Who was almost in direct sunlight. She ran to him and pulled him into the
house. “Angel speak to me. Who-who…” she stopped in mid sentence she knew, she knew all to well who did this. And she knew she had to find her… “Willow…….” She muttered.
