The entire time walking, made her actually cringe with fear, or aggression. Being with another slayer usually made her feel a little better, but there was no way that either of them could fight this terrible evil. Both times Buffy had gone up against this thing, she was humiliated. This was without Willow also. Willow was super powerful. She has been against Willow also kicking her ass. This newly formed combination was not good for the Summers' house hold safety. They desperately needed help, and she knew that neither of them were going to admit it. She knew that Tara was powerful enough...but it took time. Something that they didn't have. She was not so inclined into becoming a hermit the rest of her life, because the spell only protected them while they were inside the house.
At least Dawnie was safe..
They had dropped Josh off at his House. Buffy didn't let him go that easily. She made it clear that she was 'Ms. Protective bitchy sister'. "You hurt her, We hurt you" those were her last words before she made sure he got in his house safely. Behind her back, she thought she heard Faiths' little noticeable chuckle, like she was enjoying this. Maybe it was just Buffies ears.
Walking down the very rural road, She looked back and forth, her eyes totally alert in all her surroundings. Faith was on the right of her, and she assumed she was doing the same. Although Willow and Airick were out of the way for now, there were still vampires.. and heightened numbered ones. Evil has followers.
Through out this entire walk of silence and complete attention, she was thinking about how she needed massive help. Any help. The only she could think of was Giles..And Team Angel. Giles was ruled out, because no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't get a hold of him. She was going to propose the idea to Faith. After all, she hadn't spoken to Angel in months. Maybe he didn't want to help.. Maybe he did. No telling. She turned to Faith and Broke the silence.
"I think I need to go to Los Angeles."
