I've started running!
And eating healthy and only three meals a day with out picking! Im doing pretty well and am starting to fit into some of my clothes with ease. Stuff that was just starting to verge on the tight side are now on the lose side.
Im actually loving being a bit more active and more in control of what i eat. I mean i still have the nice odd thing now and again but mainly its good! Im also having breakfast. I never used to eat breakfast!
Looks like im a changed woman. I have no clue what is going on with me! ....But i like it :D
