I FORGOT TO TELL YOU.
IM GOING TO TAMPA THIS WEEKEND TO GO SEE....
AMERICAN IDOL, LIVE!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
katie got tickets for her birthday, were driving up there on saturday and staying at a hotel overnight, and the concert is sunday night... eeeeeee im so excited!!!!
katharine, chris, taylor, elliot, chicken little.. i mean kevin covais, paris, mandeeeeeeeeeeeeesa ahhhhh i cant freaking wait!! no seriously. you dont even understand. i was obsessed with american idol this year.
only problemo is that we have three tickets.. btw kelly thats why we keep calling you but you never answer your phone, bia!! but i guess it'd be kinda hard for you to get down here.. but yeah, call katie? because the third ticket is ideally for you.
if kelly cant go it'll probably me, katie, & her mom.. or her mom's friend, or something. were not really sure. were pretty much losers who have no friends.. yeah. but it doesn't matter cuzzzzz were gonna see american idol LIVE! hahaha
tomorrow is my last day of work for the rickerts. as much as i loved it, now that jodie's gone it is WAY too stressful. i work 10 hour days with a half hour lunch break, nonstop bringing old people through exercises, putting ice on, taking ice off, doing all the laundry, vaccuuming, dusting, filling bottles with ultrasound gel, and after 3 answering phones, making appointments... i'm so glad tomorrow's my last day, even though im totally fucking them over because they dont have anyone to take my place for the rest of august. HOWEVER i did tell them that would be the case. it's not my fault. besides.. if i didn't go back to the bookstore i'd be totally fucking THEM over. we're like 600 orders behind on internet orders.. and were getting like 100 a day. on a good day we probably process 100 orders.. soo.. dont order your books online, people, cuz you probably wont get them by the first day of classes. OH, also, dont be a jackass and say 'do not sub'. i hate those people. we dont call anymore, we just cancel the book from the order.
bottom line, youre better off just coming in and getting your own damn books.
speaking of the bookstore.. some of the people who work there just piss me off. fucking lazy asses, they dont do SHIT, complain that me and katie get to do internet orders & they have to unpack boxes (which they take their sweet time doing, mind you).. well sorry assholes, but katie and i have brains and know how to work the damn cash register, THATS why youre unpacking boxes and were doing internet orders. oh, we also work here all year. OH YEAH and we dont curse in front of customers. and we aren't rude to people who make more money than us. we dont complain about having to (gasp) work while were at.. work.
i got a raise! 14 cents! i now make $6.89\h .. hahaha. my life is shit. whatever. the flexibility is totally worth it. i can pretty much just get off whenever i want.
i cant believe school is starting so soon. look
this weekend = AMERICAN IDOL!!!!!!!!! + tropical storm (hurricane?) chris
next weekend = lost of mushy food because i get my wisdom teeth out on thursday
the next weekend = moving into school? whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?
ahhhhhhhh! im excited, i think im just tired of living at home. and i cant wait to live with katie & kel. also our new roommate seems pretty cool, cept i think she hates my guts cuz i took over a week to answer her email and she hasnt emailed me back yet. oh well. i was in new jersey, i mean, come on.
also, i miss my boyfriend more than life. also im exhausted all the time. i never sleep, i always work, and i make NO MONEY. it's awful. oh well. my check this week was like $150 cuz i was on vacation. so whatever.
im gonna make a layout to match my icon.. yup. cuz i dont think im gonna be watching a movie tonight. my mom's watching her oldddddd home movies from when she was little. theyre fun but.. i dont know any of the people in them except my mom, uncles, and grandparents. most of the rest of my moms family i only met a few of at my grandma's memorial service.
oh also im going to write a letter to my grandpa, i think. i hope he's doing well.
well anyways.. that's about all i can think of at the moment. i can't believe it's august, and how fast this summer has gone. being in new jersey was so nice because that week was the only week i went out, at all. ive gone out a few times with katie but its pretty much been just dinner then home. besides that it's been work. sigh. whatever. i dont like florida much. the beach is too damn hot. however, when i'm going in october and all of you can't, you'll be jealous.
