Beana, I'm enjoying your cooking posts. Thanks for sharing. Do you read Mark Bittman of the NYTimes? He's into good, but not overly fancy food. I think you'd like him.

I'm glad you like them! I'll have to check this guy out, I'm not a big fan of fancy either, it's off-putting in real life, IMO.
