Our lives teach us who we are.

It's already October, how strange! Time flies by when you're having fun and are on vacation.

kriski visited me from last week Thursday till Tuesday. We had a really good time.

We visited the Farmer's market where kriski marveled at all the strange Austrian names for vegetables and fruits. We bought all kinds of different cheese and fresh bread and had a nice cheese platter for dinner that day.

We went down to the Danube and had a really nice walk there. At one point we went on a landing stage, sat on the bench there and did a Sudoku. :D

We watched a few movies (Iron Sky and How To Train Your Dragon) and I think I got her hooked on Fringe. :D Fringe is awesome! :D

After kriski left, basically what I did the rest of the week was play WoW. Lots of awesome stuff to do! Levelled my main to 90, started with another one (who is 86 now), played a little bit with pet battles. All the stuff you can do at 90 is a bit overwhelming, though.

Almost all my shows are back on. I've ditched NCIS, because it hasn't really been fun watching it for the past two years or so. I've also stopped watching Glee after the first two episodes of the new season.

I cried a lot at the new episodes of Grey's Anatomy! Why, oh why??? Also, cried a lot at Flashpoint, but that's not really anything new. I always cry watching Flashpoint!

Oh yeah, Merlin's back as well. Wheee!

Last night was the long night of the museums in the country. My friend S. and I went to see the Voestalpine, which is a globally operating steel company. We did a plant tour, which was very impressive. After that we took the shuttle bus and went to see the tiny observatory, which was nice and cute. Saw some nebula of a dying star through the telescope. <3

Btw., the shuttle bus was apparently the regular bus of the Black Wings, the local hockey team. Such fun! :D

Back to work tomorrow. Don't want to! D:

fannish stuff, museum, tv, fannish weekends, friends
