SO BUSY!
Ok so I've been so incredibly busy recently, it's not even funny. Last week was homecoming week. Monday was the Powderpuff game. We kicked ass again. And for once, I actually enjoyed that monday night. Usually it was filled with drama and stress and I felt like I didn't fit in because I didn't know that many people on the team but since I got to know everyone, it was sooo much better. And I played too! THANKS CURT! lol-I played the whole 1st game and we were BALLER. But I have to say, those Juniors were INTENSE! They scratch and hit...which is NOT allowed but oh well, we did it right back! ;) After the game, we all went to Glory Days to eat but a bunch of people left and went to eat somewhere else because it was late and there was NO WAY we could all get our orders before they closed. I went to school late on Tuesday, which was Twin Day. I was the only one who wore our "twin" outfit! lol-I went home that night and went to bed EARLY for the next day--LIPSYNC and THEME DAY. Wednesday was the BEST. We were the 80's so we got to wear the coolest clothes EVER made. The guys were EXTREMELY spirited this year. They even dressed up...tight paint splattered jeans, rock band t-shirts, messy hair, big aviators and all. It was sooo cool. Lipsync was kinda nervewracking though. The sophomores were pretty good this year. We definitely had competition. Their powderpuff cheerleaders were amazing so we were afraid they would own lipsync too. So all day, we were pretty worried that they took the cake. Carnival was that night. All of my friends came to watch me in lipsync which was SO COOL. I was happy :) . It was scary though because I've never done lipsync in the gym before and we performed for one half of the gym, which is a BUTTLOAD of people. I didn't think that many people came to carnival! lol-But it was an exciting night--WE WON LIPSYNC. Hardwork pays off...we found out we had to perform at the pep rally too. OMG. I was pretty nervous about that. Thursday was College shirt/hat day...I was reppin UCF, my college (hopefully if my grades don't BLOW it for me). That night, was FLOAT BUILDING. Oh boy oh boy. lol-our float came together really well this year. We all worked together and it was fun since I know everyone now, I didn't feel weird being there like I usually did. But yeah, our float turned out to be the shit. Friday was the pep rally, the parade and the game. The pep rally was soo fun. We did lipsync and no one watched so we went ALL OUT. Like we were just having fun, it didn't have to be ABSOLUTELY perfect anymore. And plus, we had pretty sweet costumes. The parade was even better. I went to Iryssa's to get ready and Ryss and I went to get Eda and meet Natalie at the school. Well, we ended up dropping Eda off to get KFC and going to get Nat then going BACK to get Eda, then arriving late to Landings. I got pics of court...the girls at least. They're so pretty, it's insane. The guys looked REALLY good too. But yeah, the parade crew was really fun this year. There were only like 10 of us in the back of Bosley's dad's truck and we were BLASTING 80's music and chanting "SENIORS! '06!". It was a good last parade! :( The game was good until it started POURING. It was sooo cold, the rain was like BLOWING towards the crowd and it was windy so it was COLD. Ryan's the only one that didnt complain and still watched the game! We left a little early and I went home to get ready for the next night--the DANCE. Saturday, I met Nat, Eda, Ryss and Ryss' cousin, Ian and Ryss' house. We took pics and stuff and then went to dinner @ the Bamboo Club. It was soo fun. I tied three cherry stems with my tongue and Nat was still working on her first! lol After dinner, we stopped for gum and Ian bought us each a pack...awww! lol-Then we went to school for the dance. Nat did a darn good job setting the dance up and organizing it. It turned out AMAZING. We just danced and messed around and had fun. We went right in the middle of the sophomores and started dancing, it was funny. But yeah, as much as I liked going with Matt last year, it's fun to go alone too. Well parts of it were fun being alone, not the slow songs. Dancing with girls isn't the same! lol <3 ya girls! But yeah, it was such a fun night. On the way home, I almost had to go save BK's ass and stuff but she ended up leaving that party before I could get there. Good thing she did! I wouldv'e killed her if I got a hold of her! lol j/k...ummm, Sunday, I had confirmation...this girl in my group is Talan's cousin from Laguna Beach! I got SO EXCITED when I found out! lol
This week has been pretty busy too. Monday was a regular day. School. Blah Blah Blah. I stayed after for yearbook then I found out that I was 30 mins late to work and rushed there! Tuesday we had NO SCHOOL! Happy New Year to all my Jewish friends out there! I think it was the New Year lol. I worked again that night and almost caught a thief. Longgg story lol. Wednesday was a late day. I woke up, went to BK's, ate breakfast and went to school. After school, I made up my gov test for sidway, and ended up getting a 66 but i have a 75 in the class, I don't care lol. Thursday and today were pretty....useless, but alot of fun. Underclassmen picture days. Two days where we sit in the lecture hall lobby, write out receipts, mess around and get good lunches. Lindsey, BK, and I went to get lunches at the food court today...NEVER doing anything like that again! 30 lunches from like 8 different places with LOTS of money=STRESS/ANNOYING. Then everyone complains....not cool. But whatever, my food was good and almost 99.9% of the orders were right, except Claire ate Brooke's sub lol. After school, I made up my pre-calc test. Failed it I'm sure. I'm done with math. I give up. I'm just not good with numbers I guess. Hung out at home tonight. I had no desire to do anything after my mom told me to come home to help my dad with stuff for this golf tournament thing. I just ended up watching Harry Potter and talking to Matt when I finished helping him.
My 18th birthday is in 8 days. So excited. I get to spend it with my birthday buddy again. Me and Nat. Holler! We're pretty much back to normal again which is AMAZING. She COMPLETES me! lol-So yeah, we're gonna party like it's 1999 (or 2005) on our b-day weekend! And Matt's coming home too, should be pretty fun!
