Má é claaaaro que eu vim aqui falar da convocação... Vou falar em inglês, até. Pera aí.
(Outra coisa: porra, sempre que alguém fala em Ricky eu penso no Kaká, né, e não no fucking Richarlyson...)

Ahem,
Dunga released today the 23 (+7) players that will be part of our squad on the World Cup. Here it goes (a pause for ctrl c ctrl v):

GOLEIROS: Julio César (Inter de Milão), Gomes (Tottenham), Doni (Roma) LATERAIS: Maicon (Inter de Milão), Daniel Alves (Barcelona), Michel Bastos (Lyon), Gilberto (Cruzeiro) ZAGUEIROS: Lúcio (Inter de Milão), Juan (Roma), Luisão (Benfica), Thiago Silva (Milan) MEIO-CAMPISTAS:
Felipe Melo (Juventus), Gilberto Silva (Panathinaikos), Ramires (Benfica), Elano (Galatasaray), Kaká (Real Madrid), Josué (Wolfsburg), Julio Baptista (Roma), Kleberson (Flamengo) ATACANTES: Robinho (Santos), Luis Fabiano (Sevilla), Nilmar (Villarreal), Grafite (Wolfsburg) RESERVAS
Alex (Chelsea - zagueiro), Carlos Eduardo (Hoffenheim - meia), Ronaldinho Gaúcho (Milan - atacante), Sandro (Internacional - meia), Ganso (Santos - meia), Marcelo (Real Madrid - lateral) e Diego Tardelli (Atlético-MG - atacante)
(thanks, globo.com)

I don't have much to say, except what everyone else is saying already: the lack of Victor and Adriano surprises me. I wished Victor was there, but I agree with Grafite instead of Adriano. I never liked him, that's true, but he also wasn't doing much with all the chances he was having so far with the team. It surprised me, but in a good way.
What I like the most about this NT is that you don't have a big star. I was gonna say "Of course, there are names like..." but I was saying too much, and that's exactly my point. It's not about one, it's about the team. You can't point only one player out of these that will be the best. They will work together to reach that title, and I (being a good Brazilian ;P) believe they will.
Also, I have always trusted Dunga and always will. He did lots of great things so far, even if not everyone noticed. I trust Jorginho by his side, too. I loved their press conference today haha some journalists said too much but were put back in their places. ;)

That's it, I guess. I'm looking forward to that sixth star in our kit.

seleção, football, brasil
