What is wrong with my classmates anyway?
Two weeks ago I had this girl that was freaking out about a 17 question MCQ test. To the extent that she texted my other friend the moment she knew our test was over to ask my friend to meet her after our lab to tell her the questions that came out in the test so she could study the questions for her test the following week. It's really quite stupid cause they split us up into two groups and the tests run over the two weeks but they re-use the same questions. I'd thought they'd be smarter as to use different sets of questions. So anyway, my friend couldn't/didn't want to meet her so passed the 'task' of telling her the questions to me. But the more I thought about it the more it ticked me off and the sight of the girl scrambling to get her notes out to CIRCLE exactly which parts of the notes and the tute questions just set me right off. And so I told her off/gave her a piece of my mind in the most polite manner which I could manage. And then she called my friend and told her I scolded her.
And then tonight I got another panic phone call from this other classmate, who's also my final project team mate(that's another story for another time). Apparently she'd failed that subject last semester and is taking it again this semester. And she saw her results for the 17 questions MCQ test and couldnt believe that she'd failed it, again. So she started to call everyone she knew, which means me as well. I received 3 missed calls while watching Master Chef and the fourth time I picked up because I saw 'Private No.' which usually meant it was my Dad calling but no, it was her. So she proceeded to scream and shout into the phone asking me why she failed her test and asking me if there's a problem with the lecturer(Quote:"Is there something wrong with the teacher?"). It's a long story but I concluded that she thinks every lecturer is racist against Asians. (Again, another story for another time)
So for the next 15, 20 minutes she just kept screaming at me and asking me why she failed the test again and asking me why she scored the exact same marks as the previous semester.
WHY AH? I didn't even know she was taking this subject.
She made me miss the last 15 mins of Master Chef.
I wonder what it is with this subject that's making them freak out so badly. Just do what the lecturer says!: "STUDY YOUR TUTE QUESTIONS"
