type of music: tend not to use genres, but i lean towards indie, alternative, with some electroclash here and there. heavy influences from jazz, bluegrass, classical and i like opera.
Not to mention my sweet love for Bossa Nova and lounge-type music.
And of coarse some of my favorites are: Bjork, Cibo Matto, Beck, Belle and Sebastian, The Cranes . . . i should stop.
What influences my style? I'd like to say my art and my style are fused closely.
Influences obviously come from emotions, but for me also
Influences like:
,vintage comic books and old movies
, a strong focus on contrast; i'm an all or nothing type of guy.
, experimental music, art and surrealism.:i like to make my own clothes and sometimes make my own accessories, some aren't as conventional, just in search of new things that may work.
+influencers such as Bjork, Salvador Dali, Nico, Glam Rock and Hermits: yes skinny old men who travel the world not knowing what they're going to do next. Acting entirely on intuition.
ohh and every now and then housewives from like the 50s.
not like dresses, but the style, the vibe . . . there's something there . . . get in the kitchen, that kind of thing.
Other than that, i persue art and voice strongest at the time being.
I think style is essential for me to be productive.
