Hermione wanted to know what I was going to the ball as, so I thought I'd stop keeping it a secret, and just post it here. Beacuse I can't keep a secret when I'm excited. I'm sure most of you have never read the muggle books from the Narnia series (and if you haven't, I suggest you do). I'm going as the Snow Queen. I'm wearing this dress. In case you wondered, Ron, the reason I didn't need any of mum and dad's gold for this is because I painstakingly made my costume out of things I found in the Room of Requirement (with a little magical help to sew all those tiny crystal beads on). Also, I'm going to wear a tiara, necklace and earrings made of bewitched icicles. That was a difficult little spell, but I think it'll keep them from melting. And if not, well, I'll just sneak off and make some more. Also, I thought it would be pretty to enlarge some snow flakes, charm them to not melt, and put them in my hair.

Any thoughts? If you all think it will be an awful costume, I can always try something else. I mean, I'm not out any gold on this one. :P
