This was just so beautiful and charming! The opening paragraph read as though it had come right out of one of Tolkien's books! I've always loved the relationship between Faramir and Éowyn and you did it sublime justice! It was just so sweet and perfect! I especially love the idea of him giving her something that belonged to his mother as a gift, so cute! Hee, I could easily fangirl about this some more but I'll spare you. ;)

Thank you so much for this! :D

I'm glad you liked it :) As a first-time foray into the land of LotR, it was quite fun to write. And I'm thinking more ventures into the land of writing Faramir/Éowyn may occur in the near future.

On an entirely unrelated note, was it you who used to have a Daniel/Charlotte banner on your lj? I'm in the market for one, you see.

I'd totally read anything else of them that you'd write as you capture both of them and the general Tolkien feel really well. :D

Yep! I had several! One of them is located here at my DevArt. :) I'm afraid I'm not sure where the other one(s) went but I'll take a look. :)
