Thank you for all the goals, all the laughs, and all the wonderful memories you've given me during your years at Chelsea. I will never forget your great service to the club. I will miss you more than I can say, and wish you the very best of luck for the future (except when you play against Chelsea!).

How I loathe the transfer window! I've known Jules was going for a long time and I suspected Joey would leave too, but I really thought the club would keep Micha for another year. I know he definitely would have preferred to stay, which just makes this hurt worse. While I do understand and mostly support the club's decisions that doesn't make it any easier to say goodbye. I mean, I thought I could handle this news when it came because I expected it, and yet here I am completely falling apart.
Now I'm going to spend the rest of the day dashing to the loo to cry every fifteen minutes. Swell.
