Have some common courtesy, people! Just because I am stuck answering the phone, doesn't mean you get to be rude to me. Some guy just hung up on me because my boss never gave me an answer to his question...what am I supposed to do?! I just hate rude people so much.

Then he came in to yell at me and tell me "what I should have done" and how he "doesn't understand why I wouldn't just call him back". WTF!!!!!!!!!! Is it because I'm a captive audience that people think it's ok?? SO RUDE.

holy crap! I've been waiting for a chance to pull out the "hey buddy, you're bordering on harassment here" line.. that sounds like the perfect time to use it.

(I wanted to use it on this German guy who lives down the road from my work.. there's parking on the school grounds across and down the road from his house.. well, he YELLS at us when we park there, accusing us of parking in residential spots, and says he's going to have us towed.. We've checked with the cops even, it's definitely ok for us to park there.. he's so f-ing intimidating! I had an argument with him about it one time, then just ended up telling him to yell all he wants at me.. but man, a threat back in his direction would have felt nice, especially a real one that I could potentially act on)
