(no subject)
Its been a while, I know. I'm not really into this as much as I used to be.
Weddings plans are going well, still working on picking out all the vendors we need. Just need a cake lady, decorations/decorator, and book the others we have chosen. Which is sometimes the hard part when you can't find out any info on them....
Derek and I are starting intermediate jitterbug classes. They are alot of fun. We have really found something we enjoy doing together outside of the house.
School is ok I guess... kinda boring, annoying, frustrating, dumb, etc etc. I'm just in like a transition semester I feel like. i'm ready to get it over with.
I'm ready to be with people of my "own maturity level". I dont want to hang out with people who call me a nerd and ask me what is wrong every single freaking day b/c I don't have stories that start with "man I got sooooo trashed this weekend...." please - get a life. I'm not boring and hating life b/c I choose to enjoy life other ways...
anyways...
I'm getting more into extracurricular actrivities I guess - haha. I'm now Vice_president of LABASH2007 and Program committee head. We are actually a LSU organization now. Go check out www.labash.lsu.edu if you have no freaking clue what I'm talking about. Travis suggested me becoming ASLA prez next year but with being part time as I'm hoping to I don't know if that is going to work out... we will see. Man, if I did all that, I could basically get a job anywhere I freaking wanted to... although I only want to work here, not in california or switzerland or whatever. Sometimes I think its easier to get a job in China than Baton Rouge.
