I despise SBC and their outsourced customer service.Despite their excellent English speaking abilities,they have no idea what i am talking about.Because they can't understand me,they can't help me.It frustrates me no end.
Several months ago,I downloaded a service pack update from Microsoft.It screwed up my settings and now I get kicked off whenever someone calls me.I pay SBC alot of money monthly for that not to happen.I know what it did,but I don't know where to go to fix the problem.This wonderful tech support guy told me to recheck my email.Thank you so much for not having a clue,honey.I appreciate it so much.
