Only with hindsight will you see, as we all do.
You'll look back and realize it was all timing,
and how it wasn't in our favor.
Let alone all miseries and listlessness for another,
and the overwhelming desire to become a successful
photographer, you'll look back and wonder;
"How would it have been if I'd gave him a chance ?"

Presently your head is in another place, and emphasis
rests on success and self awareness, though its
not as if I'm not fighting for the same thing.
I don't even necessarily think that our paths are leading us apart.
I know together we could fortify and spring-board our dreams.
After all we've done in the small span of time,
and all I've set aside and done for you it's apparent.
I know one day you'll question these things again as you
may have already done, and hopefully then the time will be right.

You know I understand you, and you know many think you're nuts.
With our unspoken bond I'm certain there's more to be between us,
for it would be a crime if not,
and perhaps I was just the right man, at the wrong time.
