I just joined here and I wanted to say hello to everybody!
I read Sabriel a few years ago, and from then I've been hooked. Actually, the only reason the library bought the second and third books was because my sister and I wanted them so.
I have always considered the Abhorsen trilogy to be fantasy. Apparently some others do not think so. As I was checking Abhorsen out of the library, the librarian (who knows me quite well) said "I didn't know you were interested in horror." and I almost died. -hehe-
