I had 2 speeding tickets within like 2 years and they sent me a letter as well, however it was threatening for 90 days. I wrote a letter to them saying i was a single mother that needed transportation to work as well. I talked about how difficult it is to find daycare for children under 18 months and that with my daycare and my work being in opposite directions, that i would never beable to get to work ontime if i had to catch the bus. I was very detailed in my letter by giving the address of my work and my daycare and exact bus route times to prove that i would be late considering the time my daycare opened and how long it would take to bus to work. I then got my daycare lady to write a letter confirming audrey's enrollment as well as her address and her hours of operation, and then i got my work to write a letter saying that if i'm late that i'd be fired. My liscence ended up getting suspended, however a few days later i got a letter saying that the suspension had been lifted, so i only was without aliscence for about a week. really lucky cause if i had lost my liscence, when i got it back id be under the new N rules.
