One of my roommates unfortunately had to move out so jackomatik and I are looking to fill the space in our freak-friendly household, most hopefully with a friend or a friend of a friend, or some such thing.

$650 mo (Heat + Hot water included), we pay Electric and Internet

The available room is huge (the huge-ness is actual… this was originally the living room before we jumbled rooms around) with two large windows, medium sized closet, and hearth (filled in) with mantle. Dwelling has some rough edges, but for the price, you can't beat the location. We have the top two floors of one side of the house, with a neighbor under us and the landlords occupying the other half of the building. Dishwasher. OK to bring a window unit a/c.
Apartment is 5-10 minute walk from both Inman and Central, putting it close to the red line, shops, grocery stores. Laundry, dry cleaner, park, and convenience store 1 block away; two organic grocery stores within 2 blocks.
Cats okay if well-behaved (we have two already). We're two late twenties/early thirties artist types (guy + girl, but not a couple); we both work 9-5. We're both pretty laid back and like to have fun, but we're not throwing parties every night of the week, either.
Available for 3/1 or 4/1. Lease runs to 8/31; we're looking for someone to finish it out with us (and possibly stay for the following year, if things work out for all parties concerned).
