Today my mom and I decided to go shopping around our local walmart area and found something yummy. There is this lovely Japanese Restaurant named 1,000 Sushi Islands that just opened up, we wanted to try something different so we gave it a shot. We walked in and there were about 10 servers walking around with no one in the restaurant. We were quickly seated and had our first decision of the meal to make... We could go for the all you can eat ($13 for lunch) or order off the menu. Due to my lovely allergies we decided to order off the menu and I ordered chicken fried udon that was soooooo good. Okay, it did take a little while to get our food and mom's order was wrong, they confused her order of shrimp with vegetable teriyaki with chicken fried rice BUT it was worth it.
