I made plans over a month ago to take my sons to Washington DC to see the sights. When I got there, I learned that the DNC's Rules & Bylaws Committee was planning to meet and the Clinton campaign was planning to protest. When I looked up the site of the meeting, I learned that it was going to be at a Marriott hotel just a block from the National Zoo, where I was already planning to take the kids on Saturday.
We went by the protest to see what was going on and weren't disappointed.
Pictures from the protest can be found
here.
I also managed to snag a few videos.

This guy was doing a lot of yelling until approached by a reporter. Then he got very serious. You might have to watch a couple of times to hear what he is saying over the crowd noise. First, he accuses Obama of being undemocratic. Then he promotes his personal campaign that he calls "Operation Poison Coattails". From what I could hear, it espouses some kind of political revenge against politicians who do not support the full seating of the MI & FL delegations:

Anyway, I've only found a few mentions of this "Operation" online - in the comment sections of a Noquarterusa.net blog post.
Good times, good times.
