About tonight's Brain Busters championship-I think I played my best game so far. At the very least I felt like I held up my own weight.
Sure there was that one Richter question (I answered the Richter Scale, when the answer was just Richter), but I got several right, including one that was a complete guess. Overall, I feel good about my performance, I even got a Chem question right.
Yeah, we got crushed, but until that last round we were fairly close. And then I went to go congragulate Cedar Cliff but they completely blew us off.
They'll be weaker next year when their best player goes off to college, then Penn Manor will have an all new team, and we'll have the benefits of age. Plus, I'm joining Quiz Bowl next year, so I can help my reflexes.
