I felt about ten years old today when I occupied about an hour of my time just shooting a pink hair tie from one side of my room to the other. Most of that was spent trying to make it the entire way across my room, but it never went more than halfway. It is highly amusing, I suggest that you all try it sometime.
What is more fun than watching the television is watching the view from our kitchen window. Nearly every day there is a fight going on out there: squirrels vs. birds. They duke it out over the bird seed in the supposedly squirrel-proof bird feeder (but those fat little brats are amazing when it comes to climbing, monkeys of suburbia, I like to call them). The birds usually lose because the big fat very well-fed squirrels are more than ten times their size. In our backyard, bird feeders are pointless, it all goes to those monkeys.
