I had to ask Hermione about this one.
According to her, Karma in essence is your fate, and how you make it. I guess it means in my words, how you live your lie will affect it later? I am no t quite sure exactly, seeing how I don’t exactly believe in Karma or anything. I live a pretty good life, and I am a decent person to say the least. It is Fred and George that you want to worry about, they probably have the worst Karma any person has ever seen, though knowing them they probably have some potion or antidote for it, kooks.
Anyway, Karma means to me just this, fate and/ or your destiny. I suppose we make our destiny out of the actions we take day to day. I am not sure I would call the karma, but we do make our own destinies and fates.
