The best gift I have ever given anyone was when I was about like six or something and thanks to inspiration from Fred and George, I gave mum a tiny pink box all wrapped pretty nice and everything and inside was this disgusting, ugly, live spider. Of course she flipped out and everything, throwing the box up in the air, the spider scurrying out form under the turned over box and making its way into the fire place where Ginny, only about three lit it. Mum ended up outside, crying cause it disturbed her so much. She grounded my arss from everything a six year old wizard does, which of course was a negative side-effect.
But that, obviously, was the best gift I have ever came up with, and gave someone. I can still remember mums shrill, dads laugh, and Ginny lighting the poor thing on fire. Wonderful Christmas that was, really.
