An unusual saving scheme
Been horribly ill for days now, still can't think of a practical use for gallons of snot; seems such a waste...
Oh, a quick note for anyone who doesn't check their bank statements, DO!! Was bored enough to read one of mine and suddenly noticed I was paying two different companies for my electric, worked out I'd canceled one of them when moving a year ago and figured the cheeky B******ds were loath to let go of my account. Rang up today and was politely informed that they had been taking payments for a house I haven't lived in for 3 years! 3 YEARS!?! WTF? They're sending a cheque, helpfully they finished the conversation with "well think of it as an unusual saving scheme"
On a brighter note I'm D.J'ing at Magenta, working Saturday but that's life ebb and flow! Never really D.J'ed before and quite looking forward to seeing how many different ways I can cock up 'pressing the button', It's not rocket science but considering I spent several months as a radio DJ and did nothing more complicated than getting smashed and talking crap at anyone stupid enough to ring in, button pushing seems quite complicated!! Anyway, for anyone around in Nottingham on friday my set is a healthy mix of ultra-camp 80's and awkward silences... see you there!!
