it's not that i'm not having fun or i'm not learning anything.
i already realized that it isn't for me. a chef's life isn't as glamorous as it is perceived to be, truth be told.
there are millions of restaurants in the world, and only a handful are living a life that can be envied.
i need time to go faster.
