So I don't know how many of you know this but I've just visited the Anti-Flag site for the third time this week and it seems like they've put up more songs from the album so it's not just Press Corpse and State Funeral, just thought I'd let everyone know if they don't already so yeah get ready for the release of the album also who's going to their ( Read more... )

I had it thanks to limewire but I'd only listened to the released songs then I just deleted it 'cause I wanna wait 'till it's actually out.

Why download it at all then?

because some people actually believe in buying the album to support the band and the record label rather then downloading it from the computer

Don't be a fucking idiot thats not what I asked.

Why download it if you're only going to listen to the songs that are already avalable?

Proud isn't the right word because I've done things worth more pride.

Better words would be...justified...or un-regretting.

I feel I was completely justified. Who the hell is he/she to be jumping to conclutions about my musical morals? I said nothing that implied I screwed bands by downloading their music because I don't. The only music I download is the stuff that isn't out yet and then I buy it when it does come out. Nothing wrong with that. So they should keep their mouth shut rather than jumping to ridiculous conclutions about me based on nothing. Maybe I wouldn't have been as pissed if I had actually said something that implied their acusation but I didn't. I stand by what I said.

Quite frankly...when someone days they downloaded something and then didn't listen to it I would think the first question on anyones mind would be "why?"

You can analyze it all you want. It was a snotty remark. It was a shot at me. And it implied something unfair and untrue about me.

I don't have a problem with the extpression of opinions. But for everyright they have to express them, I have a right to get pissed off and share my opinion on the opinion.

Totally justified.

And who the hell is to say the cause isn't justified? You? That means shit to me. NOW whos looking at it from only their side of the fence huh? If you're gonna talk about looking at all the possabilities and looking at it everyone elses way then you would acknowledge that my interpretation of what was said is not only possible but just as likely as yours.

In wich case I still feel justified.

I'm not saying what I said was mature or any way of solving any conflict but frankly I don't care. It was still justified.

Actually, yes you did say that it was not possible and that I was wrong when you said:

"it wasn't a dis"

Four words that completely contradic my interpretation and opinion. It doesn't say "It might not have been..." or "It's possible but I disagree" it says "It wasn't" which disregards and denies the possibility of my direction making your last statement slightly hypocritical.

By saying that I stand by my view or "clinging" to it as you put it I'm simply saying that I still think of my view to be the most likely. I never said "everyone else is wrong and I'm right" but what I am saying is, sure...your opinion is possible and even likely...but I still think I'm right.

It takes balls to admit defeat. I admire that.

But now I'm pissed because this was keeping me busy.

I downloaded it with the intent of keeping it 'till the album was released then I decided what I did was wrong and I'd kind of be ruining the whole fun of buying the album and wondering how it sounds but I must say you were quite harsh about that.
