Realizing what they were asking, Andy burst out laughing.
"You mean to tell me you believe that obscene rag? They're just stirring up trouble to try to get their name out there. I wouldn't believe a word that thing said if it was 'the sky is blue'."
Shaking his head at her attempted disappearance, Andy said, "Don't be embarrased to ask a question. Any of you. It takes a lot more courage to ask a controversial question than to sit and laugh at the person who DOES ask it." The last was clearly aimed at the Ravenclaw boys, who looked properly abashed.
"But I'd like that to be made clear. Professor Lupin did not attack a student. Neither will he ever. All of you, please spread that word."
Not to mention, it made her Mom more comfortable even though her father had complete trust in Dumbledore.
She raised her hand a bit timidly.

"Um," she started, pulling her hand down and placing it back on her desk, "Er, was it true.. about Professor Lupin?"
She suddenly felt very stupid.

Lissa, a fellow Hufflepuff fifth year, nudged Aurora in the arm, but supportively. Their whole group seemed to be wondering the same thing.
