I called Dimensions yesterday at 2:00. Here was the conversation.
"Dimensions, how may I help you?"
"I need to schedule an appointment with Lane please."
"Ok, and what do you need done?"
"A lot of color. I tried to dye my hair blonde last night, and now it is yellow."
"Oh my. Can you hold for a second?"
"Sure."
...
"Can you be here at 3:30?"
"Today?!"
"Yes."
"ABSOLUTELY."

The woman is a miracle worker. The first thing she said to me when I came in was, "What happened?! Were you drunk last night?"
