so far, very good end of week.
Thursday: stressfully register for classes. the being DONE part is the good.
and I'm actually excited about everything I'm taking next year, as well as my 8 frees. maybe I will actually get my homework done next year...
AP Calculus AB (BC is for overachievers)
Honors Spanish 4 (I will be chilling with smart juniors, and hopefully Sra. Tellado for one more year!)
AP Latin 4 (VERGIL! FINALLY!)
Honors English (first semester)
Honors Philosophy as Literature (second semester)
AP Biology (a real science class- fabulous.)
and then a 4k, which went relatively well, considering stress...
Friday: after mediocre practice, Tina eventually found CRI and we had an adventure getting food/$5 seats at Chicago, which was, possibly the best show I have ever seen at North? really, really amazing.
Saturday: earlyish practice but no work party, because we already set up everything.
then FINALLY, the "call everyone into the office to stress them out" routine was actually to tell us that the exact same people who have been in the boats since Florida are going to San Diego. you couldn't have told me a month ago?
but still. I am very excited to get to race, and be somewhere legitimately warm.
and then Panera, where Carolyn and I shared massive amounts of food, and I still got a cookie after.
things are looking up, overall.
