How would you celebrate Father's Day if your dad is dead?

I can't visit his grave this year.

So I'm opened to ideas.

I've always thought Mother's Day and Father's Day were stupid. With everything our parents do for us, why should we onyl think to do somthing nice in their honour ONE day of the year. Every day shoudl be mother's day and father's day... because we love our parents the same amount every day, and a title on a day doesn't make it special, it's how we feel about that person that makes it special.

What can you do for father's day? I have no clue. Do what you want to do, do what you know your father would want you to do, be happy. Don'tspend the day missing him and crying; even though I know it'll be hard not to. Spend the day reflecting on what a great man he was, and what he means to you. He knows you love him, and just because it's "Father's Day" doesn't make it any day more special than the rest when it comes to our fathers.. it's just an excuse for card companys and gift shops.

You'll figure it out hun, you don't need friends advice on this one, it comes from the heart and soul and from yourself, 'cause you're proof that your father was an amazing man and your existence and happiness is what I would imagine truly made and still makes him happy.
