How many girls in the hall this morning did you see crying?
How many tears fall for a bastard of a boy,
who think's he's 'man' enough to break her heart?
Don't we all remember back when we were very young,
it didn't matter, we didn't care,
and we never had to say our goodbyes.
But somewhere along the line Pandora fucked things up,
and these feelings became too fragile to hold.
But we hold them,
and they drip through our fingers like warer in cupped hands.
It's like this when chemistry is unbalanced,
we need a better way out,
we'll find a better way out.
Where the shot glass meets the potency,
pierce through my veins efficiantly,
and these memories keep losing me tonight.
And the boys they all play basketball,
and they say,
yeah they say 'Oh man, I got some,'
but she didn't give none,
but he didn't give a fuck.
Those short hours could change a lifetime,
short and full of lies...
no, she's not 'okay.'
It's like this when chemistry is unbalanced,
we need a better way out,
we'll find a better way out.
Where the shot glass meets the potency,
pierce through my veins efficiantly,
and these memories keep losing me tonight.
And tonight will be a night to remember,
if only I could remember.
