flickr tags + google search = WTH.
In an attempt to find out why on earth this one drawing I posted on flickr has now over 650 views I found something else. It seems sites use flickr tags to generate content: http://www.concertsonline.org/taxonomy/term/20501
I never posted photos to this site myself and yet it says I did(??) yeah I posted them to flickr (and some to bjork.com too) with those tags, but I never posted them to concertsonline.org. WTH.
This use of tag mining would explain why some of those photos have over 700 views now O_O. Or at least this is the conclusion I have come to.
Oh and if you were wondering, the happy fart drawing was posted in some Russian forum site where someone requested a photo of a fart LMAO. I guess it is a pretty popular forum :P
