I'm pulling some exta shifts at Siren's Lair since Rhia is still gone and now Connor and Dylan are in London on vacation. I don't mind helping out, and it's been kind of fun to watch my sister and Preach making googly eyes at each other. I can't remember ever seeing Carly this far gone over a guy before. It's awesome. Especially since I actually like Preach.
Mom called to let me know she was nearly done with the spell. She seemed really happy that she'd be doing it for all three of us and not just Carly. I guess this has always been her wish. That all of us kids would get a chance to be free and live a semi normal life. I never thought I'd want that, but now I'm really looking forward to it.
Rhia checked in and sounded pretty relaxed. I told her about an offer that was made for Oz's band. Some promoter wants to book them on an across country tour of clubs sometime next month. She said she'd pass the info on to Oz and they'd be returning soon. I could hear her thoughts though, she wants Oz to do this. I think my cousin is ready for a break from LA and apocalypses and stuff.
Can't say I really blame her.
