so last night was my ultimo busy night with a uni friends' 18th and clale's cocktail party thang. i also had another uni friends 26th and sarahs 18th but id already rsvpd to the other things and ... aaarrhh why everything on the same night???
sarah- hope your party was great and sorry again i couldnt make it. i tried to call you a few times this arvo but you werent home so i guess we'll catch up next weekend or something.

the first party was this girl megans from my japanese class, and i knew a grand total of 4 people. it was a 'dress as your fave singer/actor/character' dealio, so i just wore my something for kate shirt :D kinda half-assed i know, but i was going to clales after and went to a restaurant for a bit before so ..yeah. couldve been abit strange. thats my excuse anyway. heh.. oooh jazz! i met this guy called bob who was dressed as bernard black from black books! i saw him and went 'aaarrrhhh i dont know you but youre bernard!' and so i had someone to talk to. hoorah for not knowing people! but yeah.. it was a pretty good party...cept there was this black chick who was the most stereotypically black chick iv ever met. you shouldve seen her dance. it was...quite something. she and this other girl were offering around choc and vanilla cupcakes, and she looked me in the eye and called me racist when i took the vanilla one off the white girl who was offering it. O_o she was most likely joking but she looked hell serious..thing. ah well.
clales was also good. seemed like things were slowly dying down when i got there at 11though, which was a bit annoying but..meh. had this good serious talk with connor and sorted some things out and then awkwardly concluded it by elbowing him in the eye as i went to hug him *blush* aaah ellen. classiest girl ever :D
uurrh. just got really tired then and couldnt be bothered typing. yay. i spent the day today reading some uni stuff, not going to a bellydance workshop for the dance club at uwa, and watching newly acquired bali dvds. im now the proud owner of the first 3 seasons of scrubs :D started watching the first season again today, and also v for vendetta. i really like that movie, for all its epic..epicicity? epic-ness? thing.
nyar. soo lethargic. i didnt even drink much last night/am not hungover. i had 2 beers at the first party, and then a black russian at clales and 2 khalua and green creme de menth things. quite nice. how rare.
anyhoo, this has been fun. lets do it again sometime, shall we?
