Work has been productive. There hasn't been any extra time to spend updating this journal, unfortunately. The absence of entries will be redeemed by this account of my activities at the new job.

Burger King is presently a congenial working area. I have risen in status there with much speed. The managers say that I am the fastest worker there. "The way you take orders and get 'em to the customers," they say, "it's unnatural. Like you're a friggin' jet, or something. Not human, man." How little do they know.

The job is not perfect. It is unequal to the Agency. Being in constant contact with humans becomes irritating at times. Many customers do not know what they want. They waste time trying to finalize their order. I have supressed the urge to take...action...on some. Killing humans without reason would not be approved by the Authorities. Smith would not be impressed. He did not act that way, so neither should I. This doesn't mean that I've held my tongue. I have said things, but not as of recent. The managers have had complaints.

I am also suffering from the harrisment of certain repeat customers who are finding humor in my situation. No, you may not have free fries. No, I will not get Agent Smith to dress up in a Burger King uniform for you. He is deleted. And you: No, we don't have a special meal for "the One," we don't have discounts for "the One," we don't have a special booth for "the One," and we DO NOT have separate indoor and outdoor playgrounds for "the One." My annoyances with these customers have been added with the confusion that has grown from seeing many malfunctioning programs that look like Agent Smith. I think one came in to order a Whopper yesterday.

I still find the job to be satisfactory. The money I have earned makes it possible for me to see many "movies" during my time off. I saw a good one the other day: It was about a bus wired with explosives. The bus could not go below or above a certain speed. The lead actor is very talented. I want to see more of his "movies."

This is what I have been doing recently.
