I have been relatively good (not awesome or anything), ~500kcal a day. I still haven't lost any pounds, maybe a few ounces, but I feel a little skinnier, I suppose. Tomorrow I think I might try to stick to a low carb diet for a while; I've been doing OK as far as self control goes and I think I could maybe push myself a little more. I have purchased the following foods for myself:
sugar free popsicles, 10kcal and 4g carbs each
sugar free creamsicles, 20kcal and 6g carbs each
sugar free fudgesicles, 35kcal and 8g carbs each
low-carb instant chicken noodle soup, 25kcal and 4 carbs for 1 cup
low-carb soy crunch bars, 150kcal and 3g carbs each
tuna, 150kcal and 0g carbs per can
eggs, 65kcal and 0g carbs each
and, of course, sugar-free jello.

So my plan is to go to school and get coffee every morning. On days I have lunch, I'll go to the student union salad bar and have a dry salad with some hard-boiled eggs, about 150kcal and 1g carbs. Then if I have a break from work or something I'll get celery sticks as a snack, so 35kcal and maybe 1g carbs. For dinner I'll have the soup sometimes and the tuna other times, depending on how well I've done. I also get 2 popsicles or one fudgesicle or creamsicle. I think I can live with that. I also really, REALLY need to start writing down what I eat. It helps a lot.
