(no subject)
mmmkay folks. let's see, the first week of school, eh? not bad..not bad at all.
MONDAYY:
well, actually day 2 completely sucksss but not as bad as my day 7 did last year so i will probably get over it. had my first day of american government..ms connelly licks her lips a lot..but i sit in the back so the smell wasn't too bad..plus, alex was right, you get used to it after like 10 minutes or so..didn't have a game, just practice after school, and watched everwood. i forgot how much i friggen missed that show..i know, i'm pretty pathetic.
the only other thing that sucked was that my hand had all these blisters from getting burned. owww (computers was fun, eh?)
TUESDAY:
i don't remember anything about school except that i get to end the day with a study with mosco so that is AWESOME. no game today either, just practice..umm, i remember having a really HAD math assignment that night that took me absolutely foreverr, and then sean and i had a good talk online..he's a really good listener and he like completely understands what i'm talking about..it's really cool.
WEDNESDAY:
first game under the lights!!!! omg, i was so excited during the day i couldn't even stand it. played for jv and varsity that night and i got my tooth pushed back by some girl when i went up for a header and she tried to push me off the ball but instead clonked me in the side of the face. it was one of those things you can't process while it's happening but you know something bad is happened to you because you hear the croud gasping before you taste the blood in your mouth..yum? varsity tied 0-0 against fenwick which sucked..i really REALLY wanted to win that game. besides, a tie is like kissing your sister, right cal?! hahaha.
THURSDAY:
first discovered my tooth, the red lump on my face, and the bruise shaped like a nike swoosh on my leg.
uhh i remember it was a really tough practice..like mr perry made us run FOREVERR. ugh. but then we had a pasty party (which evolved into a pizza party) at cal's house. almost the whole team was there, and it was SO fun..lindsey made a ton of prank calls and i swear to god i've never laughed so hard in my life..oh, and then we had like a packet of candy bracelets, and amanda paul wanted one so she crawled under the table to get it and she came out right where i was standing. and it was one of those weird things where i thought for a second i was at my house and it was one of my cats..but then i felt her skin and i was like "whatt?" and when i looked down & saw it was her i yelled so loud..haha, good times.
FRIDAY:
study with deacon joe long mod = best times. nick rod & i have SO much in common. he's just as dorky as me, ah, it's AWESOME. we're super tight now.
tied archies at archies. NOT good times. blahhhh, whatever.
we all behaved ourselves on the bus so ms korfich didn't have to like, break out the whistle or anything like that. she even joined in on the alma mater when we got back.
went to the football game w/ korrin & heb..we stopped at wendys on the way there and i was SO excited because the last time i had a frosty was in the car with linda and jeane (ohh, i'm going to miss her this year!!) heather was very excited as well. we enojyed them thoroughly (sp?)
got there & hung out with jen & greg mostly (my other leggers..but jen and i were crippled for a while..it was sad). greg & i are going to get married and jen will be our pet. omg, WHY wasn't jen my best friend last year? i'm sooo mad that i didn't meet her until this year..she rocks my life. and it's awesome that i see greg 45987454 times a day. apparently, it's a sign that we're meant to be best friends or something..lol, greg's a cool kid. i liked his zeppelin shirt..and when you call his phone it plays "stairway." neat.
hung out with murph for a while too, met eric for the first time, and then saw priscilla & meghan and i finally got to meet her nick!! he was really cool. AND THEN I SAW BEN DRAPER!! HE CUT HIS HAIR! it was insane..i still don't know what he was doing there, but it's cool.
SATURDAY (yesterday):
worked 10-1..no major catastrophies or anything so that was cool. i'm trying to type correctly right now for ms marston but it's really not working out so well. anyways..stayed til like 130 and then drove poor krystin home so she didn't have to walk in the POORING rain. and i brought myself back this FANTASTIC cinnamon coffee that we currently have, curled up with a book, and next thing i knew it was 6:00 and chuck was going to be there at 6:30, and i despirately needed a shower. and so i did. uhmm, my parents were out to dinner with my aunt and uncle, & kate was out, so we had to the house to just hang out..i made potato skins which didn't come out all that good & we watched indianna jones & then the apprentice. then i read some more. it was a great book, i'm re-reading it now.
SUNDAY (today, obviously, and "yesterday" was already noted above):
worked 7-2..it actually turned out to be a wicked good day considering how i thought it would suck because michelle & meaghan don't work sundays anymore, and tayla only works like 4 hour shifts, but it was cool. worked with sean & this new girl kelly in the morning, got to clean that bathrooms & stuff which is always good times, and then before i knew it tay was there. then kyle got there at 10, and beth got there at 8 too so i had plently of company. thry're good people. (wow, queer eye much?) kyle and i discovered that the reason why we seem familiar to eachother is because we are..i was in his 8th grade math class when i was in 7th. lol, good times?
hmmm, i'm watching the pats and stuff right now, nothing exciting. i did all my homework (which was hardly anything) yesterday so i'm kind of bored. i should go start my jeff beck biography for english maybe..
uhmmm commentopic i guess? i want to ask one no one else has thought of which is wicked hard considering how absolutely everyone i know like does this now..ummm..define friendship, like, what it means to you. and then pick a friend (it doesn't have to be your best friend) but just someone who you think fits that definition perfectly. cool, have fun.
