An embarrassing moment for the Andy Dick. The comic actor was kicking it in the VIP section only to have his mellow severely harshed when a security guard busted Dick for allegedly lighting up a joint. Dick pleaded innocent to a possession charge, and the case was eventually dismissed in December when the security guard failed to appear for a court hearing.
