I'll miss you James :(
So this really IS a small world! I just got news today that Rob called my friend Shelby, a wonderful guitarist here in Houston, and Adair would love for him to fill James's shoes! I may be ahead of myself announcing this, but Shelby told me he is learning the stuff and about to head out to St. Louis! It's very exciting. I will forever terribly miss James though :( he was one of the greatest guys i have had the privelge to hang out with. Hopefully our paths will cross again one day, good luck to him, and yay for Shelby! Adair will definitely move on strong!

***EDIT: May 28, 2005*** Unfortunately Shebly has returned home from St. Louis. He had a blast with the guys but Adair has decided to go with an old friend. Here is the letter from Shelby explaining the situation.

well unfortunately, I have some bad news for myself. But I wanted all my friends to know from me that I have decided that I will be returning to Houston for good. I got a call about 10 minutes ago from one of the guys and they have decided to go with another guitarist that is a long-time friend of the band. There is no hostility coming from me or anything and am actually kind of relieved that this is working out like this. First off, the band needed a guitarist immediately because it was tentative that they were going to go on tour with Team Sleep and that ended up not happening. So, prior to me coming to St. Louis they had been working with another guitarist and his only dilemma was that he couldnt go on the road right away. Thats when I stepped in. Now the band has time to work on things and get their situation right and all so they kindly let me know that they would feel more comfortable style-wise going with their prior guitar player. I wish all of those guys best of luck because they have been the extremely nice and hospitable. -Shelby-
