My mind keeps wondering off to thoughts about him, I have to remind myself of the things he's done & how things despite being amazing were also shit. It hurts & I feel so lonely, but I can't go back there. I hate him for doing what he did, he's the reason why we're not together & I can't forgive him for that.

I've just read your last entry, I read it with my mouth open, I'm in shock that he could do such a horrible thing to you! You CANNOT go back. But you know this. You were with him for a long time, so it's obviously going to be hard. But whenever you feel lonely or whatever, you must remind yourself of what he did, and know you're better off without him. But you know all this.

You can't go back there, Vicky. If that's what he's doing to you now... It'll only get worse. You deserve so much, and you can have so much more. Trev is only a fraction of the man you deserve.
