Have recently moved out of Sadr City into the larger outlying sprawl of Baghdad. Sitting comfortably in a two man, air-conditioned room with internet access, soft beds and clean sheets. Sharing a room with Evaristo Vasquez, he doesn't talk much and neither do I. Our room smells nice, like lavender, papaya and musty air conditioning. I have been chewing a ton of gum. Today has been a "sweet watermelon" day.
Who can tell what tomorrow will bring?
