“Are you always straight forward?” Abz just shrugged and Kimmi started laughing. “Yeah. Pretty much. I’m Abbie but people call me Abz. This is Kimmi (points to her) and you are?” “I’m sorry to not introduce myself. Lauri.” he held his hand out which Abz shuck the hand offered. Abz looked lost in thought for a moment. “Ain’t you the lead singer of the Rasmus?” “Yeah but please don’t say you are one of the mad girl fans?” “Do I look like I’m screaming OM MY GOD. IT’S LAURI.” This has Lauri laughing at Abz. “No I suppose not. It makes a change.”
Abz turns to look at the room with Ville in and then turns back to Lauri. ”I'’m sorry you said you wanted Ville. I’ll go and get him. Is it important?” Lauri smiles dropped and nods his head.
Abz turns to Kimmi who looked shocked at seeing Lauri. “Can you get rid of everyone before I’ll get Ville.” Kimmi goes and gets rid of everyone. Lauri starts to look worried. 5 minutes after everyone apart from the gang has left the party and Abz goes and opens the door. Bam is the first one out.
“Thanks for…. Where did everyone go?” Ville walks out the door smiling until he sees Lauri and the smiles disappears after seeing the look on Lauri face. “What is going on Lauri?” Lauri gets up. “Can we please go somewhere that is quite?” Bam puts his hand on Ville and looks at Lauri with a confused look. “What ever you have to say to Ville, you can say in front of us.”
Everyone looks at Ville. “Lauri please just tell me what is going on?” Lauri started playing with his hands and trying to think of the best way to tell Ville. After a few moments of silence, Lauri answered. “what ever you have done to Bazi has pissed him of. No-one will go near him. He’s seen your Dad and he has taken Jesse.”
This angered Ville. “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE. YOU NEED TO PROTECT HIM.” “We cannot until we know what he can do” “Murder him.” “Don’t be silly Ville.” This got Ville even madder. “No you’re right. He needs Jesse to get to me. He wants me and not Jesse.” Lauri looks surprised at Ville. “What do you mean by that Ville. He is not after you.”
Ville turned his back and started crying. “No have no idea what has happened and the terrible things has done to girls.” Lauri got and walked over to Ville. He placed his hand on Ville back to get him to face him. “Tell me Ville. don’t keep me in the dark again.” Ville took a deep breath.
“He was the leader of the gang, Helsinki Vampires. I had no idea until he forced me to go with him one night. The gang found a 14 year old girl how was on holiday. They forced her into a car and met Bazi at a hotel room. H…he forced me top hold her down while he got on top and started to rape her. After a minute I felt sink and wanted to get pout of there. I did after what felt like a while. I let go of her and kicked the other men in the room before going over and getting her out of the room. He stayed in the door until; I knew she was safe before running back to the house. I had no idea that would be a mistake.”
The room was silent. Lauri broke it. “Why was it a mistake? What happened in that room?” “I thought it was strange how they never came running after us. I found out later that I was to take her place. I was held down by my own father while Bazi raped me. He kept on saying it was my fault and that I should have been a good boy and let him have is fun. But how can you stand by and watch a helpless girl no younger than me getting raped. every time a close my eyes I still hear her screaming. You no what makes it worse. After a while she kept quite and just let them do it. You could still see the fear in her eyes.”
Bam was crying and put his arms round Ville. Abz looked like she was about to throw up but instead she stood up and walked over to Ville. She placed her hand on Ville face and forced him to look at her. “Why didn’t you just let them rape her. She would have forgiven you as she knew you were trapped like she was.”
Ville shock his head. “I could never just stand by and do nothing.” “They could have killed you. She would rather one person live be ruined instead of two lives. It takes a brave person to do what you did. I’m sorry it ended with you getting hurt.” Ville looked into Abz eyes and for the first time noticed the eyes of a scared 14 year old that was raped in front of his eyes.
