Waiting for the world to change - Sep. 23rd, 2008 at 5:33 PM
Chapter one.
The moon hung in the sky full and round it's light casting the flickering shadows of trees onto the paving as they swayed gently in the evening breeze.
A boy walked along the well worn cobbles the light of the moon accentuating the smooth curves of his face bathing his pale skin in an almost ethereal glow. Long fingers reached up and delicately tucked a fine strand of jet black hair behind his ear. Green eyes surveyed their surroundings with obvious disinterest. He ran a pink tongue over his frozen lips, opening his mouth slightly to take in the crisp night air. Pale fangs glinted in the moonlight.
'Villian.'
The boy turned to look at the man whose pale blonde locks were bound in a loose ponytail at the name of his neck. His face was vicious and pointed, a complete contrast to Villian's.
'Eledan,' Villian surveyed the older man with an air of someone who has learnt the secrets of the world too young.
' Lord Villian, you should not be out unaccompanied this early in the evening, why it has barely passed 9 and already you roam the streets like those incompetent mortals, why if your father found out he..,'
' My father, in view of my coming of age, has allowed me to leave the den this early in the evening in search of a little sustainance, have you so little faith in me you are willing to stand against his wishes.'
' My lord knows I have the utmost faith in his abilities, and far be it from me to deny the wishes of our esteemed leader yet..,'
'Yet you continue to do so, let me assure you Eledan, if you so choose to stand against my father you shall do so alone, do I make myself clear,'
'Perfectly, young master, I shall take my leave if it should please you.'
'It would please me greatly Eledan.'
'Enjoy your meal, my lord.'
Eledan twirled his cloak and took to the skies, a hoard of tiny wings furiouslyy beating at the air.
Villian turned and moved gracefully towards the sound of laughter. Dinner he thought, his sensitive ears picking up the soft swoosh of wheels on tarmac.
' Bam,Bam ,Bam,Bam,Bam,' the crowd cheered as the teen rocketed round the course, grabbing the base of his skateboard he took to the air spinning once, twice, three times before landing the other side of the 3 ft wall and grinding to a holt in front of the screaming fans.
'Bam you're amazing,' a busty blonde cooed wrapping her arms around his chest and giggling into his neck.
Damn, Bam grinned to himself, this was seriously awesome.
He wrapped an arm casually round the blodes waist and, pausing only to grab his board, lead her back along the beaten track to his home.
The fans that had been previously following them gradually dispersed as they neared the forrest. Bam's house lay in a clearing just through the trees.
'Oh Bam it's so dark and scary, you'll have to hold on tight so the ghosties don't get me.' she giggled again
Man that laugh was starting to get annoying.
'It's not ghosts you should be worrying about my dear.'
Bam spun round, a boy was stood in the pathway behind them, he smiled revealing his elongated canines
' Booo.' he growled
The girl ran.
'Who are you?' Bam hissed his fists clenched tightly as his body dropped into a half crouch
'My name is Ville,' the boy's smile became wider
He is gorgeous Villian thought licking his lips, better keep to tradition after all, why not show the young man the time of his life before he ended it.
'Ville huh, thats a weir uhhhhhh..' Bam's last words were lost as, with inhumane speed, Ville slammed him against a nearby tree and crushed his lips agains Bam's own.
As he surrendered to the kiss Bam was vaguely aware of cold fingers tracing the muscles on his stomach as the smooth cotton of his shirt was slid over his shoulders.
