I wasn't wearing socks before I read this, but I was wearing my slippers--I kid you not, one actually fell off when I finished reading this (of course, that could have been because I was curled up in the computer chair, but for the sake of the story, I'll say it was because I was truly blown away).

Just when I don't think I can love this story *any* more... that was so incredibly intense, I was floored. Such angst, and the ending part with Ville from the "old memory" and to the end literally made me shiver. It was so incredibly beautifully written, and I suddenly find myself speechless. ;-)

I'm sorry, but i was sleeping before I checked to see if it was updated and I don't wear socks to bed. My brain wasn't functioning properly enough to think 'oh, I better put on some socks'. It was more of a 'holy hell they updated! W00T!' I didn't think about socks until my slipper fell of, then I had a nice little giggle-fest all by myself.

*blushes about the whole fantastic comments, er, comment* Fantastic comments for fantastic stories--that, my dears, was what I call cheesy. Not your story, by any means. OF COURSE, you're doing something right. As far as I'm concerned, unless you kill everyone off and end the story within the next chapter (which would undoubtedly anger more than a few people who love this), I highly doubt the two of you will do much wrong.

Oh, and I love how with each chapter it gets more complex-it [hopefully] indicates a lot more chapters. So, until then, I'll be camping out in front of my computer, awaiting for your next update, with either slippers or socks on hand. <3

i love this story, i can really tell you've thought out the whole vampire lore, and you're adding really nice touches to a well used genre making it very rich and interesting.

it really draws you in and makes you want to know more about the world you've created as well as knowing what's going to happen to our beloved boys:)

This chapter has me really interested about Lily for some reason, I want to know more about him and the role he plays in ville's life (is he like a vampire servant, is he also 'immortal' to a certain degree or was he talking about being with ville most of mortal life? )

ok i'm odd, thinking about lily at a time like this, when bam is bleeding to death and ville is about to kill himself...write more soon, please!

Nice comment, really.

I was worried about doing a vampire fic at first, because the genre is overplayed and...it's just hard (for any writer, fanfiction or not) to make a good story out of something so widely used. But I know a bit about the myhtology, and I wanted to add in my own little twists and turns. And I'm glad to see that we're doing a good job at portraying that while at the same time keeping your interest!

And you have every reason to be interested in Lily, for he has a big role to play in Ville's life. However, like a well written novel, this secret will be revealed slowly in time. (Evil again, I know) So you'll just have to keep reading to find out. ^_^
